You qualify for the special offer if you are an existing ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ client or a new client financing owner-occupied residential property through us for the first time.

In the first 12 months the basic management fee is waived for new or existing mortgage clients who take out a ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ banking package for the first time. After this, the following prices apply:

Until 13 July 2025, the cost of your banking package, including the credit card of your choice, is included for one year. For example, you can use the Platinum Credit Card free of charge for one year (normally CHF 30 per month). You can also opt for the Gold or Classic Credit Card or one of our ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ key4 cards.

The interest rate calculation depends on a variety of factors. Our mortgage experts will be happy to make you a personal offer taking into account the interest rate reduction of 0.35%.

Yes. With the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Fixed-Rate Mortgage First Home, you can choose to fix the interest rate up to one year in advance.

At the end of the term, the general interest rate level may be higher than when you took out your fixed-rate mortgage. In this case, you would have to take out follow-up financing at a higher interest rate.

To minimize this interest rate risk, it is therefore advantageous to split larger amounts into several mortgage tranches from the outset, for instance by dividing the total between two fixed-rate mortgages with different terms.

The ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Mortgage First Home takes this into account. For amounts of CHF 500,000 or more, the total financing is divided into several tranches with different terms.
