Block credit card

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you should block it immediately. If you do this in E-Banking or Mobile Banking, you will receive a new card free of charge.

On your smartphone


1. Log in to your Mobile Banking App

2.Ìý³§±ð±ô±ð³¦³Ù Cards

3. Please select the card you would like to block

4.Ìý³§±ð±ô±ð³¦³ÙÌýBlock

5. Select Block and replace

6.Ìý³§±ð±ô±ð³¦³Ù Block and replace card

We will block your card immediately and send you a new card by postal mail within a few days.

On your computer


1. Log in to

2. Navigate to Accounts & Cards > Block card

3. Select the card you’d like to block and follow the instructions

Your card will be blocked immediately. A replacement card will be sent to you automatically by mail.

Card details


For each blocked card, you’ll receive a replacement card with new card data. So you can continue to use your new card in mobile payment solutions such as ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ TWINT or Apple Pay, you’ll need to re-register the card in the relevant app.
