Our basic digital offering is called ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ key4 banking and includes a personal account, a sustainable savings account, a prepaid card or a ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ key4 credit card with attractive exchange rates, a debit card, mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and others), ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ TWINT and the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ KeyClub bonus program. ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ key4 banking is available from as little as CHF 0.

3. Confirm your identity by video call or selfie (have your ID or passport to hand)
4. Sign the contracts in the app
5. Set up your login via the Access App
6. Add credit to your prepaid card and you’re good to go

Here’s how we verify your identity 

Depending on the kind of identification document you have, the identity verification will be carried out either during our opening hours by video call or at any time by providing a selfie.

With a biometric passport – by providing a selfie

1. Scan your passport.
2. Your personal details will be read automatically.
3. Take a selfie and we will compare this with your identification document.

With an ID or passport – by video call

1. Start the video call from within the app.
2. Make sure you have your passport or ID* to hand.
3. We will verify your identity during the call.

*In addition to a passport or ID, foreign nationals need a residence permit B, C, Ci or L
