What to expect

Full-time or part-time? You tell us. We also have permanent contracts and believe in self-reliance. We’re always here if you have questions.

Who we look for

Keen to make the switch? We welcome professionals from a range of career backgrounds.

You’ll need (at least) one of the following:

  • A commercial education
  • A secondary school diploma with a focus on economics
  • Advisory experience in a similar field (think: insurance, telecom, tourism, education)

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, looking to upgrade to a client-facing role or doing a complete shift, our 18-24 month program can get you on track.

Our program in a nutshell

With 18-24 months of internal and external training opportunities, you’ll get:

  • An extensive banking training package from CYP
  • Certification as a client advisor (with all the industry standards)

Program start

You’ll begin in your target position (such as Client Advisor Retail Bahnhofstrasse 45) with a permanent contract.

  • 3 months: Module for lateral hires
  • 6 months: Personal Banking New Joiner Trainings

Professional development

Get dedicated coaching and networking sessions to become part of the community.

  • 9 months: Banking and finance essentials (CYP)
  • 12 months: Personal Banking written exam (Fitch)
  • 18 months: Sales training for Personal Banking certification

Program end

Wrap up the program with your final exam and a reference letter.

  • 24 months: Personal Banking oral exam for SAQ certification
