Apprenticeships in Switzerland

Our aim is to promote young talent and offer them first-class training. And that’s exactly what we do.

What you gain

A welcoming environment and a whole network of people who want you to excel. You’ll be able to challenge yourself (and the status quo) as you develop your skills for the financial industry. We’ve got diverse career opportunities, and this is a great way to get started.

Grow your skills

Today’s students are already shaping the world. That’s why we provide our apprentices with first class training and opportunities at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. Building the best possible foundation for a career, with a strong network for development and connection, is how we bring young people into the future of finance.

Get in on the action

Our programs are designed for you to get the most hands-on, total learning experience. We believe apprentices do best when they get directly involved in actual projects and learn alongside leaders and experts. So, we don’t hold back. You’ll gain skills, understand how ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ works and be part of real solutions for our clients.

Experience the support

During your rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to directly apply theory in practice, and you’ll get trained and supported by your Practical Advisor. Your Junior Talent Manager will be your trusted guide throughout your entire training period.

What’s next after graduation?

At ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, we want to promote and develop your career. So, after your apprenticeship, we offer further possibilities for open roles and learning opportunities within the firm. Many of our apprentices transition into permanent positions or decide to go deeper into their expertise with our 2-year junior talent program JUNA.

How to apply

To get started, apply online with the following documents:

  • Resume (CV)
  • Cover letter
  • Copies of the last two years' school reports (canton of Bern: learning reports of the last two years)
  • For application/platform developer: Multicheck ICT
  • If available: employment references, learning reports, diplomas, typing certificate, etc.

Everyone is welcome at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. And we’re committed to disability inclusion and making sure our application process is accessible for everyone. If you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.

We check your documents for completeness and whether you’ve met our minimum requirements. We're looking for people with a high willingness to learn, a positive attitude and an interest in the financial industry.

If we think you’re a good fit, we'll invite you for a personal interview.

How do you prepare for the interview? Start by researching the program, and ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ in general. Be sure to take notes and write down any questions you have. We’re more than happy to answer them.

Think about what you want to share about yourself and what kinds of questions we might ask. Why ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, what are your strengths, what do you want to work on, etc. Even how others might describe you. No need to overthink it. As long as you’re prepared, we should have a great conversation.

Some tips from us

Greeting your interview partner by name and making eye contact is a great way to make a good first impression. Keep in mind that there are no right or wrong answers. Just be yourself. And don’t forget to ask questions. It lets us know that you’re curious and interested.

If you've persuaded us, we're happy to welcome you to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ!
