Program-related questions
It聽actually depends on the region. For the UK and EMEA, you may only apply for one program within the UK and one in the rest of EMEA (excluding Switzerland) during the same academic year.
For roles based in Switzerland, the US or in APAC, we accept a maximum of three applications across all our business divisions and regional offices during the same academic year.
All the roles we鈥檙e currently recruiting for are posted on our job boards. If you don鈥檛 find something that fits, set up a job alert to get an email when new roles are posted.
Please submit your application in the same language as the job posting.
Aside from Switzerland, we don鈥檛 offer part-time internships. But there may be part-time positions on our professional job board.
Technical troubleshooting
This is an easy fix. Just click 鈥渇orgot password鈥 on the application log-in page and follow the steps to reset your password.
You鈥檒l receive an email with this information after you submit your application.
Your online assessments need to be completed within seven days (168 hours) from receiving the invitation. So, if you applied at 10 a.m. on a Saturday, all assessments must be fully completed before 10 a.m. the following Saturday. You won鈥檛 be able to access and complete the assessments after the deadline, and retakes are not allowed. If you don鈥檛 complete them in the timeframe, your application will be withdrawn.
The assessments are automatically sent out shortly after submitting your application, unless you鈥檝e already taken and passed the online assessments in the last six months.
If your application doesn鈥檛 meet the eligibility criteria for the program, you鈥檒l be informed by email shortly after applying.
If you鈥檙e eligible, look out for an email from 鈥渄onotreply <Enterprise@trm.brassring.com>.鈥 Also make sure you've provided the correct email address in your candidate profile and look in your spam/junk mailbox.
Please check the deadline of your assessment. If it has passed, that鈥檚 the reason the link has expired. To keep the application process fair and equal for all candidates, we don鈥檛 allow assessment retakes.
If you鈥檙e within the deadline and think it鈥檚 a browser issue, try this:
- Open the link using the latest version of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari)
- Allow all pop-ups
- Clear your cache/history (and cookies)
- Disable any adblockers

Sadly, no. You won鈥檛 be able to access or complete assessments after the deadline. Unfortunately, we can't consider your application for this role. But, you can apply for another role if allowed in your region or聽 when our next intake cycle begins.
To keep the application process fair and equal for all candidates, we don鈥檛 allow assessment retakes. If you had a technical issue, or were impacted by circumstances beyond your control, send us a聽detailed response of what happened via the "Contact us鈥 page, selecting the option "Assessments and pre-recorded video interview." We鈥檒l review and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
