Luxembourg, 2 October 2024 – ۶Ƶ Asset Management has reached an important integration milestone with the completion of the merger of the Credit Suisse and ۶Ƶ fund management companies in Luxembourg.

As of 1 October 2024, Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A. has been merged with ۶Ƶ Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A and therefore ceases to exist as a separate legal entity and will be deregistered from the Commercial Register in Luxembourg. ۶Ƶ Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. has been renamed ۶Ƶ Asset Management (Europe) S.A. and has succeeded to all the rights and obligations of Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.
