Yes, you can use it with the same digital banking contract on up to five mobile devices. Follow our App-2-App activation process to activate Access App on a new device. (App-2-App activation process).
You can view your mobile devices with Access App for the contract number:
Via ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ E-Banking:
- After logging in, select ¡°Setting¡± on the top right-hand corner.
- Under ¡°Find your perfect settings¡±, select ¡°Security¡±.
- Click the plus sign of ¡°Access App¡± to expand the tab and select ¡°Manage devices¡±.
Via ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Mobile Banking:
- After logging in, select the ¡°Profile¡± icon on the top left-hand corner.
- Select ¡°Settings¡±.
- Select ¡°Security¡±.
- Select ¡±Access methods¡±.
- Select ¡°Manage Access App¡±
Meanwhile, mobile devices are named differently in Access App:
- For iOS devices, the name will follow Apple¡¯s device name guideline: ?
- For Android devices, the name is set as follows: <Manufacturer> <Model>.
- Only the first 32 characters of the name will be kept.
- If you have named your mobile devices in the older versions of Access App, the names will not be affected.
Yes, you can activate up to 10 different digital banking contracts on each device.?
1. Activate ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App for the first contract.
2. Launch ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App.
3.?Click on ¡°Contract no.¡±.
4. Select ¡°Add contract number¡±.
If you no longer have access to your?existing device, you¡¯ll need to go through the standard activation process (refer to Getting started).

- Enter your?contract number
- Enter?the last four digits of your mobile number?¨C the number you have registered with us
- Tap the?Activate with Access App now?button and follow the instructions
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate Bluetooth and location access
4. When ready, tap?Send SMS now
- You will receive an?SMS code?to the number registered with us
- Enter the SMS code
5. A?QR code?will appear, now pick up your?existing device with Access App activated

6. Open the Access App and scan the QR code on the screen of your new device
7. Tap?Next?and follow the instructions
- Keep the phones?close to one another?to enable Bluetooth
- Enter your?Access App PIN?¨C this is the PIN you created when activating the Access App on your?existing device

9.?Create a PIN?for the Access App - this is the PIN you will use to log into the app on this device
The Access App is now activated on your new device!
Note that deactivation of the Access App on your?existing device is not automatic. If you won¡¯t be using your?existing device any longer, we recommend deactivating the Access App on that device.
For security reasons, it has to be registered again on your device for your digital banking contract.
To do this, you need to:

- Follow the steps to activate it (Refer to?Getting started).

- Please ensure that you have successfully downloaded and registered ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App for your digital banking contract.
For ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Mobile Banking:
- Please ensure that you have successfully downloaded and registered ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App for your digital contract.
- Download the latest version of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Mobile Banking.
- Select the login method "Access App" from the list of available login methods.
- In case you are still unable to find "Access App" as one of the login methods, please try to login once to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Mobile Banking using your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access Card.
You can launch ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App, open ¡°Settings¡±, select ¡°Language¡±, where you can choose your preferred language.
Please ensure that your device is:
- using?the latest version of operating system
- not jailbroken or rooted
- screen-lock-enabled if it is an iOS device

- Select ¡°Manage access authorizations¡±.
- Select ¡°Remove access¡°.
- Deactivate ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App (Refer to Deactivation).
- Uninstall it from your mobile device.
If you want to use ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App again in the future, you will have to install it again and register with your digital banking contract.
Biometric login
- Open ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App.
- Go to ¡°Setting" and enable ¡°Login with fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID¡±.
- Confirm to enable use of fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID as the login method by inputting your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App PIN.
- You can always add or remove biometrics from your device's settings menu. For security reasons, we recommend that you use your own biometric data to enable logon to your device (and not the biometric data of any other person).

- Confirm to disable fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID as login method.
If you cannot find the biometric authentication service, you may be required to update your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App by:
- Open ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Access App.
- Go to "Setting" and select ¡°Update verifying¡±.
- You will be guided to go through the upgrade.
If you change your fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID settings on your device or update your fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID records on your device, You are required to re-confirm your biometric authentication service offering again by going the enabling process again.
