Investment strategy
The listed real estate fund invests directly in logistics buildings and logistics-related real estate facilities as well as in production properties in light industry and other commercial properties. The properties are located in conurbations and high-traffic axes and areas close to border. The focus is on the long-term preservation of the assets and the distribution of attractive income. The fund focuses on properties with long-term leases with tenants with strong credit ratings.
