Dalibor Maksimovic, Head of Swiss Real Estate Securities has once again been recognized in the 100 leading personalities of the Swiss real estate industry 2024. He joins Daniel Bruellmann, Head of Real Estate DACH and Urs Faes, Head Real Estate Funds of the Swiss real estate business, who were also selected for another year.

The WHO's WHO of the Swiss real estate industry is traditionally selected in July by the magazine Immobilien Business – Switzerland's leading real estate magazine.

This follows on from the private markets business recently being highly positioned in the INREV 2024 Fund Manager Survey, ranking no. 1 real estate manager Europe, no. 1 multi-manager worldwide (excl. mandates), no. 2 in separate accounts investing into indirect real estate vehicles and no. 10 in separate accounts investing directly into real estate.

These successes are testament to the industry’s recognition of the business’s role as one of the leading asset managers in real estate and private markets worldwide with strength in local markets.
