For the investment proposition to stack-up, the underlying occupier fundamentals must repay the risks associated with investing in an emerging sector. Despite some challenges, we believe this market offers very strong risk-adjusted returns for early-mover investors who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the underlying occupier market and build long-term relationships with key growth tenants.
