Willem joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management in July 2020 as Head of Passive and ETF Investment Analytics. The ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ ETF Research and Analytics team assists in developing innovative and custom indices for our high quality ETF offering. The team advises distribution colleagues and clients on the distinguishing characteristics of our ETFs, explain unique investment features, and position the offering against alternative exposures.

Prior to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Willem gained extensive quantitative portfolio management experience in Investment Banking, followed by passive solutions experience in ESG, Climate, Thematic and Factor indices at STOXX. He holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of the Free State in South Africa.

Davide joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management in August 2018 in the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ ETF Research & Analytics team. In this role, he is primarily responsible for researching new passive investment solutions and assess the performance of the existing ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ ETF shelf. Prior to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Davide worked at the European Central Bank in various department (e.g. Money Markets, Economics). He holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Padova.

Philippe joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management in March 2018 in the ETF Platform Management team before moving to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ ETF Research & Analytics team. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of an agile environment to ensure that high-quality data-driven contents can be delivered timely to investors and clients. Prior to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Philippe gained index-business experience working for the index provider STOXX. He holds a M.Sc. in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the University of Lausanne.

Pravin joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Asset Management in January 2020 to run the ETF Capital Markets team. In this role, his team is the central conduit for the primary and secondary market trading of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ ETFs. They are available to advise on bespoke ETF trading strategies to maximize liquidity and access tight pricing through NAV and risk methodologies. By way of background Pravin was a Delta One Trader (ETFs, Swaps, Futures, etc.) for the past 15 years at various investment banks including JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, UniCredit and HSBC. Pravin read Economics at the University of Cambridge and graduated in 2004.
