Andreas Rathgeb holds a dual mandate as the Chief of Staff and Integration Lead in Global FIM.
As the Chief of Staff, Andreas is responsible for the organizational management, operational oversight, and implementation of the business strategy in Global FIM. In this role, he oversees several central and support functions such as Business and Performance Management, Marketing, Pricing and Technology.
As the GFIM Integration Lead, he focuses on the definition and implementation of the target operating model and on ensuring a seamless migration of the CS Global EAM business into ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Global FIM.
Prior to his current role, Andreas successfully led the Chief of Staff function, initially managing the European EAM franchise and then extending his remit in 2022 to cover the Global EAM business. Throughout over 10 years with the bank, Andreas has held multiple leadership roles in COO and front functions. He has been responsible for a number of strategic projects in various client segments.
